Herbed Potato Chips Herbed Potato Chips
Garlic, lemon and fresh herbs elevate plain potato chips. Put out a bowl of these dressed-up snacks and it will come back to the kitchen empty every time.
SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 20 Minutes
Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 5.5-ounce bags potato chips
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
the zest of 1 lemon
Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Heat oven to 350° F.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
In a small saucepan, over low heat, warm the olive oil and garlic for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Pour the potato chips into a serving bowl. Drizzle with the oil and toss.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Transfer chips to a baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes.
 
Step 5  Step 5:
Return to bowl. Add the parsley and zest and toss to combine. Serve warm.
